New Durga Wire Netting Work was established in 2010 as a dedicated precision manufacturing unit in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The company manufactures components for railway signalling systems and rolling stock coach equipment.
Operating across four primary product lines, we specialize in complete Railway Signal Relay Assemblies, turned and pressed Relay Child Parts, and radial wire Coach Fan Guards in mild steel and stainless steel.

Machining Bays
In-house CNC turning and fabrication for pins, bushes, and shafts. Traub automatic lathes for repeat turning. Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) for milling, drilling, and slotting. DRO drilling machine with digital position readout.
Press Stamping Shop
Press machines ranging from 10 to 75 ton capacity for blanking, punching, and forming of pressed components including brackets and washers.
In-House Finishing Bays
Electroplating plant providing protective gold-yellow finish on relay mounting brackets and structural parts. Electrostatic powder coating line for durable painted finishes on mild steel fan guards. Vacuum annealing furnace for stress relief heat treatment.
Testing and Assembly Benches
Clean assembly area with calibrated electrical test benches. Relay assemblies are tested for coil resistance, contact continuity, and operate and release characteristics before foam packing and dispatch.
