Our Pithampur workshop is equipped with dedicated machine tools for turning, stamping, milling, and drilling. We maintain repeat production capabilities for standardized railway components and custom job work.

SURFACE AND HEAT TREATMENT
Integrated In-House Finishing Bays
All finishing operations are conducted directly inside our factory without subcontracting.
Electroplating Facility
Applies protective corrosion-resistant electroplating with the required gold-yellow finish on relay mounting brackets and structural child parts.
Electrostatic Powder Coating Line
In-house powder coating booth and curing setup applying uniform, impact-resistant painted coatings on mild steel coach fan guard assemblies.
Vacuum Annealing Furnace
Thermal stress relief furnace operating under a controlled vacuum environment to relieve stresses in formed metals and magnetic relay cores without oxidation.
